BEING A HEALTHFUL PERSON

Hello, everyone. In this blog I'm going to give you some tips in order to be a healthful person. Firtsly, you may wonder "why is it important to be healthy?" Well, staying healthy lifestyle is very important for having a good and long life. As According to Harvard Medical School said (n. d) if you want to have a healthy life, you have to work, take good decisions and don't believe that all will happen by accident. In orden to help you in this journey, I am going to give some tips based in Harvard Medical School.
1. You must start to eat foods such as grains, fresh fruits and vegetables; furthermore, you need to look for food rich in fiber, "good" or unsaturated fats, and omega-3. Change your feeding is an important step for change your life.
2. Beside the feeding, you must do activities for good health. Harvard Medical School say that doing exercise "can greatly reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, breast and colon cancer, depression, and falls. Physical activity improves sleep, endurance, and even sex"
